Description
Appearance: Greenish yellow colour, very bright, with light golden tones. Aromas: Complex and intense nose. Notes of pear, apple, pineapple and other tropical fruits. Light balsamic nuances and a touch of wood. Taste: In the mouth it is balanced, with an acidity that enhances the fruity notes Varietal: The touch of French oak gives it a roundness that makes it a very pleasant wine, ideal both as an aperitif and with seafood or white meat dishes. Type of wine: White Grape variety: 100% Malvasía Winemaking: The grapes are harvested by hand at optimum ripeness, in 15 kg crates. They are cooled at 4ºC for one night and a static racking is carried out for 24 hours. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at low temperature, to preserve the varietal aromas as much as possible, and can last from 3 to 4 weeks. While respecting the wine’s original personality and fruitiness, part of the wine remains in French oak for a few weeks, thus increasing its aromatic complexity. Finally, the different tanks are brought together for stabilisation. Clarification is carried out with bentonite and vegetable proteins. Once filtered and bottled, the wine rests for some time in the cellar before being marketed. Price: 28€/bottle
